Project T is a leader in the Philippine Flexible Workspace Market, offering premium serviced office and coworking spaces. Two years in the making and the brainchild of industry experts, the Premium Office Space is located in Bonifacio Global City, the BPO capital of the Philippines.

Project T officially opened its doors on 16th March 2017, with a ribbon cutting and launch party for over 150 guests.

The Philippines continues to build a name for itself as the prime location for outsourced and offshored work, with all of the major BPO companies having a presence here. The hard working, and adaptable work force, combined with their competitive salaries, has resulted in an increase of small to medium businesses bringing their operations to the Philippines.

We have put together the following list of online sites where consumers and companies can list or search for products and services. The first three of these sites are primarily focused on the real estate industry in the Philippines, where users can buy or rent properties or advertise properties to buy or rent. The following four are online market places, where users can advertise products and services to buy / sell / rent across a wide range of categories.

To date we have had some interest from our posts on one of the Philippines property sites (two leads) and not much interest from the other sites, however this activity is only two weeks old, so we are still understanding the characteristics of each site, and fine tuning our messaging. 

FlySpaces empowers businesses as a digital marketplace that provides short-term work and meeting space solutions to entrepreneurs, start-ups, SMEs and mobile professionals. Whether the need is for an hour, a day, a week or a few months - we have a network of hundreds of spaces to discover across key South East Asian cities.

Project T has partnered with FlySpaces to drive more interest and garner more leads from companies across South East Asia and the Globe. 

Hoppler and the Hoppler Associates are a network of professional, trustworthy brokers across the Philippines that are connected through our use of technology. Hoppler’s mobile website and mobile app showcases properties that come from this set of qualified brokers, as well as direct owners, within our controlled network.

Project T has partnered with Hoppler to promote itself within the Philippines business community.

Covering a floor space of 2200 square meters, the facility offers 30 private serviced offices as well as multiple coworking spaces. Unique to this site are the wide ranging list of amenities that all clients can take advantage of. There are two conference rooms which can accommodate respectively 25 and 12 people, a 70 seater training room (can be split into 2 x 35 seater training rooms), 2 interview rooms, work pods, sleeping quarters, a clinic and lactation area, business center and lounge, games nook and two pantries.

Offices range in size from 5 workstations, up to 30 workstations. Each workstation comes complete with Internet connected Dell desktop PC, lockable storage drawer and ergonomic high back chair.
